Eco Sky Villa is a unique vacation home built on an astonishing private property nestled in a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy cooler hilltop breezes up on a wide floating terrace under large trees, while being only a 3 minute drive from the world class surfing beaches of El Sunzal, La Bocana and the vivid surf town El Tunco. The property has only two villas. Each one is independent and has its own private infinity pool. The first floor is spacious and has a dinner table, small lounge, complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared large balcony. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed to sleep 4 persons, a 42 inch HD flatscreen TV, air conditioner, black out curtains with remote control, a private bathroom and a nice view. The main bedroom offers a large king size bed to sleep 2 persons, a 42 inch HD flatscreen TV, air conditioner, black out curtains with remote control, a private large bathroom and an amazing view with a corner window.

Having own transport is recommended to drive from the Villa to El Tunco, restaurants, supermarkets and areas of interest. The house comes with a private secured parking space. Please be careful in the entrance driveway. We recommend leaving 4x2 or low sedan cars in the street below
